Booking is simple! Follow these steps:
1. Select the facility you want to book and the total number of people, including yourself.
Remember: For the first few weeks after opening, we will keep our no guest policy in place.

In the above example, one has chosen the pool and selected two additional family members to join them – a total of 3 people.
Click Next.
2. Select the date and time you want to book the facility you chose in step 1.

Keep the following in mind when selecting a time:
- If the time is crossed out, it has been fully booked by one or more parties.
- The number (ex: 0/10) after the time shows the capacity of the time slot for that facility.
- Time slots are only available 7 days in advance.
- The duration of each time slot is specific to the facility.
- You can only book a maximum of 2 slots per service for the upcoming 7 days.
- However, same-day bookings are not limited.
3. Add any additional names that will be joining you and confirm your booking details.
To adhere by COVID protocols and in case of contact tracing, please enter additional family member names in this step.

You have now completed your booking! You will receive a confirmation email with the details.
Examples
If we assume it’s Monday, here are some example bookings a member could do:
- A member could book 2 time slots for Tennis in the upcoming 7 days (up to and including Sunday).
- The same member could also book 2 upcoming time slots for the pool, as it’s a different facility.
- Even if the same member has these time slots booked in the future, the member could book any facility on the same-day (Monday) if they are not full.
